How to strengthen the product during the use of drifting boats
During the use of drifting boats, reasonable connection forms should be selected based on the stress and working status to strengthen the product. The specific precautions are:
1、 When the large bone material intersects with the small bone material, holes should be made on the large bone material to keep the small bone material connected. When similar sized bone materials intersect, the longitudinal bone material should generally be kept continuous;
2、 The thickness and length of the adhesive (resin) and bonding layer should be reasonably selected to ensure that the bonding area is in the right stress state, and the bonding surface is flat, clean, but not smooth;
3、 Before bonding, polishing treatment should be carried out in advance. During secondary bonding, a layer of short cut felt should be placed in the bonding surface. For joints that bear dynamic loads, several layers of fiber reinforced corner material should also be pasted on the outside;
4、 Corner joints should generally be connected on both sides, and the thickness of each side corner joint layer should be greater than half the thickness of the thinner component being connected. The size of the corner joint layer should be enlarged by 25mm layer by layer from the inside to the outside.
For parts that bear loads such as impact and vibration, special methods are generally used for reinforcement.
